WotLK Classic Prepatch Live on Classic BCC PTR

The prepatch for Wrath of the Lich King Classic is now live on the public test realm for Classic BCC. To join the PTR open the Game Version menu and select the version highlighted in the image below!

With a WotLK Classic release date of Sep 26th and the below tweet from Brian Birmingham, Lead Software Engineer at Blizzard, gives of a range for the prepatch to go live anytime between August 15th and September 12th.

Do you think when BB tweeted “When launch is 6 weeks out, you can expect pre-patch within the month.” He meant ‘within the month’ literally as in within August? This could indicate at least 3 & 1/2 weeks of pre-patch.

Maybe I need to lay off the hopium for a while

Can I tell us did they have plan to bring fresh realms with prepatch? I didn’t find any info about it.
