The TBC Classic Pre-Expansion Update Is Live

Last night was an exercise in either patience or frustration, depending on how you handled it. But the wait is over! The pre-expansion update for The Burning Crusade Classic is finally here, bringing with it two new playable races in the Alliance Draenei and the Horde Blood Elves.

Once you log in, you’ll have to choose whether to take your character(s) into the new expansion, or keep them in vanilla Classic. You can also pay a fee (which has recently been lowered in price from $35 USD to $15) to clone your character and use them in both version of WoW Classic.
