Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep Loot Bug
Earlier this week, players have been reporting that some items such as Serpent-Coil Braid and Talon of Azshara, may not be dropping at all from Morogrim Tidewalker.
Blizzard have confirmed that it’s not just players being unlucky with their drops, and that this issue is to be hotfixed with the scheduled weekly maintenance.

I can confirm that we do indeed have a bug preventing some bosses in Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep from dropping certain items from their loot table.
We’ve got a hotfix for it on the way, and we expect it to take effect with scheduled weekly maintenance.
