Hit 45 on my druid, decided to reroll on my Lock as main and alt paladin. RIP those hours.
It is never wasted… I like to think that everything is progress, even deciding on switching mains / alts during leveling is progress.
Who knows? Perhaps you'd want to go back and tank on the druid once another one is 60 and you find out that every druid gets geared out super fast? Then you already have a lv45!
Well, true.
Time spent having fun is not time wasted
Exactly… I am 3 bars from 60 on my warlock on which I could have been 60 already if not for my 4 - 5 alts around level 10 - 15
I’ll probably equip the sword instead of selling
It Is one of the best hunter weapon if you're missing the hit chance. That and surefooted talent means you should only get another 3% for pve.
We now have both thunderfury bindings after two runs through MC! Downed Rag our second week. I'm getting familiar with how to tank the various encounters and it's fun as hell. I look forward to running this place on farm for as long as we do, it's just so much fun tanking in a team like this.
Awesome stuff Pippina & Jpy!
I just dinged 59  not long to go!
I have about 3 lvl 22s. I can't quite decide what class I want to play so i keep making new ones. If I were to just stick to one I'm sure i could be a solid level 40 by now, but who knows.
I ran a part of Maraudon yesterday for the first time and got Rotgrip Mantle.
Just a tiny bit of xp left to reach level 48 so i can equip that item too =)
How are you guys getting along?
7/8 T1 Marks Hunter, 2/2 T2 with Rhok'delar. ~15 days played - main toon used for PvP/Farming gold.
6/8 T1 Fury Warrior, 2/2 T2, Onslaught Girdle, etc etc. ~18 days played - main toon used for AFK/Recruitment. Flex character that I typically play fury with but occasionally tank on for the guild. This will likely become my full blown main later on when Hunters scale really poorly in late game.
Have been raid logging since the beginning of Oct. Still leading a guild with 4 raid teams. Hardest boss in Classic has been player attrition thus far, as expected. Waiting for BWL.
Finally dinged 60 on January 1st :)
Finished Onyxia chain in the evening and went to pay her a visit straight after. It was really fun to be in a 40 man raid again after so many years.
I don't have the time available to play wow compared to vanilla, but i sure am hoping to see BWL again.
I'm going to necro this thread again, apologies.
If you didn't I was going to lol
Also almost full tier 1 and Mages only have 2800 hp :surprised:
Damn Mages are squishy, I'm only lvl 50 on my warlock and have 2k health with no good gear at all lol
Anywho, I havent updated my progress in a while.
Been slow but I got my warlock to 50, still chugging along!
Also I have been side tracked with level my alt druid, cause they are amazing!
He is only level 25 but I have been very busy with him.
He is at the moment Herb/Alch and i just dropped skinning on my warlock to pick up herbalism.
My friend is keeping skinning for me to skin the dragonkins for the scales for my warlock quest.
My warlock power leveled his herbalism up and got most of the mats to power level my druids alch to 285.
The idea is to get him to 275 Alch to do transmute for arcanite bars since I need 3 on my warlock for the epic mount quest.
Once i get all the herbs for my druid and ghost mushrooms for my shadow potions (part of the quest too), i am going to drop herb for mining for arcane crystals! Plan is to farm a little extra crystals for some extra income. The final thing is drop mining or tailoring for enchanting. I think my final professions is 100% enchanting and something else, either keeping talioring or go something like mining for arcane crystals for income...not sure either way leveling has been slow because of farming and leveling alt...BUT listen now, it is so fun and worth it!! I mean yeah i am missing out on being 60 and farming gear and potentially doing raids but Classic is very enjoyable even after 15 year drought and playing since Classic release! This has been the most fun I had gaming since Wrath!
Been awhile but I just recently got to 60, I bet everyone has been 60 for months now!
Farmed all the herbs for my alt to level his Alch to 285 but he needs to get to level 35 to be able to continue past 150.
Picked my 30 ghost mushrooms for my warlock quest, had my guild mate make me the potions out of it.
Dropped herbalism for enchanting and disenchanted the gear i had saved for 6 Large Brilliant Shards.
Then dropped enchanting for mining, in the process of leveling to farm arcane crystals and dark iron ore for the warlock quest.
Need to also farm Black Dragonscales, I have 10 at the moment, need 35.
Soon will have my epic mount for only spending 150g + 6g for part of the warlock quest, I cant avoid.
Just recently sold a libram for over 200g so that should help collecting mats and help the cause
I have been attuned for a while now and when I hit 58 I joined my Guilds MC and Onyx runs.
First MC run I got 2 tier 1 pieces, the belt and shoulders.
So now I look bad ass especially with the warlock quest scythe weapon.
Doing another MC run tonight and Onyx sunday, hope to get more gear to eventually help in BWL.
The game is still great and having a blast!
Taking it slow so havent experience the burnout, still lots to do!
Hope no one got burnt out already where they are waiting for AQ!
I know BWL just came out but still
Been awhile but I just recently got to 60, I bet everyone has been 60 for months now!
Congrats on the big ding m8!
It has been extremely fun to level my first Classic character and I enjoy exploring the different zones once again! So far, my troll warrior is level 24 and my played time is about 24 hours. I did not expect it to be this fast, but I guess the leveling speed will slow down when I get to 40-60 level range.
Can't wait to get level 60 and raiding again, but I am certainly not going to rush with leveling as I want to enjoy every zone and dungeon. Going to enter contested zones quite soon, hopefully I don't bump into Alliance ganking patrols too often...
LOL my main (hunter) is only up to 52 because I keep taking breaks and popping onto my alts. I'm a ridiculous altoholic, and this was also my main issue in vanilla. I literally did not reach max level with anything until BC released because I just wanted to do everything instead of focusing on only one character. :P
