Do you Druid players feel the same way?!?
Or with the class you are playing now!?

Druids are just an absolute blast to level (Leveling with Hotw/NS build atm), and very efficient. Once you have catform you basically no longer need mana breaks. Just kill a couple of mobs, then out and heal and back into Cat form. Mana will regen while you kill the next mobs and repeat.

If you want to level as Balance/resto hybrid, I suggest doing this earliest at like level 44 (You have progressed down until Nature's Grace + Moonglow in Balance tree and got Insect Swarm from resto tree) You can also go a more Boomkin route and take Imp Starfire for stun and faster cast rate. But the Moonglow spec is nice if you also want to heal a little more efficient. If you level the Balance or Balance/Resto hybrid make sure to bring mana drinks/pots, it's very mana heavy. Even if you pull with Starfire, moonfire and insect swarm combo and then go into Cat Form it will drain your mana (Even if you spec into Natural Shapeshifter) I've tried all builds above and Hotw is superior in almost every way, except for World PvP where I find Balance/Resto hybrid to be more fun and a little bit easier kills.

However, they are one of the least played class for a reason. They are not really viable in progress guilds unless you are healing or have a really good guild who knows every tactic and consumables down to the bone allowing some other specs. Boomking can maybe be used for the crit aura but I think taking a mage or lock in that spot instead would increase the damage more than the crit would benefit the others in your group.

I've made it to the promised land lads. My first MC and Onyxia runs tonight. Landed a spot as an offtank in the guild's 4th raid team.

A Thunderfury binding dropped tonight, on the team's first time in MC. I paid for it with my own blood. We lost the main tank on Baron, I picked it up, lasted for the rest of the fight, and we died together. It was beautiful.

I can't wait to get back in.

Cool, nice to read :)
Did you play in Vanilla too, or not?

Yeah, a gnome warrior named Pippina, my namesake here. I was planning on bringing back the gnome warrior for classic, but at the last moment decided that I wanted to try bear tanking and went druid instead. I played Vanilla back in the day but never got to raid. Never raided in any of the expansions, either. This was awesome.

Just dinged level 35, been skimping when it comes to leveling my spells but I'm still only @ 29G!
Not sure what I'm doing wrong honestly but I guess I'll have to hone in on some grinding here on out in order to get my mount at a reasonable rate.

Moocifer it’s definitely worth it for a Warrior IMO. I’d recommend earth elementals (Thundering Boulderkin in Thousand Needles and Elemental Slave in Alterac Mountains are options within your level range and Lesser Rock Elementals in Badlands or Rumbling Exile in Arathi Highlands should be doable around 38-39) for stone and Elemental Earth or Adolescent Whelp and Dreaming Whelp In Swamp of Sorrows for Small Flame Sac.

I'm level 34, about to hit 35 on my Human Mage. I have 6G to my name, but I've been buying most of my spells. Currently questing through STV.

I'm starting to lose motivation with P2 coming so soon, I feel like I won't even be able to quest anymore. I don't want to get left behind in the raiding scene either. I might take a break for a few weeks since Pokemon Sw/Sh is coming out on Friday, but I'm not really sure yet.

Managed to play a bit while on holidays of a night. Lvl 57 now, so when phase 2 hits I have the option to just do dungeons for gear/xp if PvP is hectic.

Did a little bit of BRD as tank last night and got a great feral DPS cloak. Got complimented on my tanking, which is nice because I haven't tanked a dungeon since... SFK. was a bad group though, since the lvl 60 fury warrior brought his lvl 49 friend who face pulled everything.

Hit 45 with my druid, since I never have time for dungeons mostly because I can't sit for more than 30-40 mins in one go, I have to resort to grinding/questing. Quests "outlevel" me really fast so I always have to grind at least half a level it feels like to make up for the dungeons I'm not doing.

Really annoying.

Also, starting to like my lock more and more! (Only level 16 though) but looks fun with a SM/Ruin PvP build at 60

Just hit 53 last night which is great. Was really hoping to reach cap before phase 2 though.

Just hit 50 and started acquiring some of my pre-bis. I'm willing to delay my epic mount to be raid ready faster.

Though I suppose my options are about to be narrowed to alt leveling or dungeons for a bit.

Hit 58. I can escape a lot of 2 v 1 fights against Lvl 60s which provides some comfort for phase 2 lvling. I will try to do dungeons or find a quiet corner for grinding to 60. Getting excited to hit 60, but also a little concerned on the PvP situation.

Flying home from holiday today so probably won't be on much. Which is ok cause I'm out of rested atm.

Hit 45 on my druid, decided to reroll on my Lock as main and alt paladin. RIP those hours.

It is never wasted… I like to think that everything is progress, even deciding on switching mains / alts during leveling is progress.

Who knows? Perhaps you'd want to go back and tank on the druid once another one is 60 and you find out that every druid gets geared out super fast? Then you already have a lv45!
