I don't have the time to play like I did during the initial release, when I was in a progressive raiding guild; my goals are to level to 60 in my own time, ideally taking professions that I find fun rather than grinding/levelling professions, and pushing what content can be solo'd.

I'm fully aware that I am highly unlikely to get to raiding for some years due to RL, but I'd like to gently try to get the T0 and T0.5 sets and go from there. Other than that, I'm a keen explorer and want to see every inch of the world over time, and probably try to do every quest as well. I just hope there's a quest tracker addon to help me!

I would love to get Rank 10 for all the blue PvP gear, but I don't think I'll have the time or patience. I think I got to rank 6 or 7 in vanilla. Realistically I would love to just deck myself out in a good set of feral dps/tanking gear, a nice off-set healing gear and get some PvP and maybe casual raiding done.

I am happy to just do 5 mans and BGs and level alts and chill with friends mostly. It's a great big Azeroth out there, and there is plenty to see and do.

With my life so busy I'll be happy if I can just hit 60 and do a bit of pick up raiding.

Step 1: Enjoy the journey

- Read all quest texts
- Visit every dungeon at least once (okay, aside from Stockades maybe)
- Make friends and fill that friend list
- Maybe find a nice and mature guild which is neither hardcore nor home for slackers
- Collect a feral / hybrid and a healing set enroute
- Level professions
- Avoid burning out

Step 2: Gather preraid gear

- Do dungeon runs with people from my friend list / guild
- (Continue to) gather a tank set, a healing set and a hybrid set

Step 3: Battlegrounds and raids

- Go for PvP rank 8 (PvP set speed bonus for all druid forms)
- Raid Molten Core, Onyxia, Zul'Gurub, Ahn'Qiraj 20 (T1 etc.)

Step 4: Battlegrounds and raids part 2

- Go for PvP rank 10 (full rare PvP set)
- Raid Blackwing Lair (T2)

Step 5: Battlegrounds and raids part 3

- Go for PvP rank 12 (3/6 epic PvP set - again for the speed bonus)
- Raid Ahn'Qiraj 40 (T 2.5), maybe even set foot into Naxxramas...

Steps 1-3 are my minimum goals, step 4 is my standard goal, step 5 is already very (too?) challenging...

I have three major goals.

The first would be to no life and make make bank fast to get the best mount in the game.

The blonde Palomino

The second would be to slay Thrall

The third would be to slay KT.

Three very big goals I know, but it will be something fun to work towards. If I get that Palomino I might actually cry

I have a few simple goals that still feel fairly lofty: Roll and enhancement shaman, level up mining and blacksmithing along the way, raid with a good group and craft Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros

Make Level 5 Bank alt/Disenchant slave/Pot maker while sharding is active for efficiency

Keep up with Wand progression and just use quest rewards/dungeon blues/greens

At Level 43, take a break from the exp grind and level tailoring make shadow weave set.
120 Mageweave Cloth (Badlands subzone Camp Kosh is a good location to farm Mageweave Cloth. The Dustbelcher Trainee, Initiate, and Instructor drop it fairly frequently)
27 Shadow Silk (Glassweb Spider in searing gorge)

Level Warlock to 60

Work on pre-raid BiS and consumables for first raid and echnats, make money for my beloved Palomino if they include it

Get alt to 35 to max proffs (enchanting and alchy for first raid consumables)

Use rested and nights I feel the questing itch to zone out to podcasts to eventually get to 60 on alt

Simply to hit 60 and have fun along the way. I played a lot during vanilla, but loved leveling new toons so I only ever got to 42.

It excites me that I'm this eager to level again, and also knowing that there's such a huge part of the game that I haven't experienced yet!

My main goal is to have fun raiding in a active guild and all the nice chatting that goes along with a MMORPG. That will be done with my Warrior offtank main, and I won't stop until I at least got my https://classic.wowhead.com/item=19334/the-untamed-blade out of it. Going to be Blacksmithing, but not firm on Armor- or Axesmithing yet, probably gonna be a guild decision then, because Axesmithing might need a boost for https://classic.wowhead.com/item=19169/nightfall .

Other goals include having one Warlock on lvl60 too, with tailoring 300 for the nice https://classic.wowhead.com/item-set=421/bloodvine-garb , and Herbalism to reduce raiding cost. Then get up another toon to 35 for https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=17187/transmute-arcanite and
https://classic.wowhead.com/item=15409/refined-deeprock-salt or https://classic.wowhead.com/item=14342/mooncloth for reliable income.

Get to 60 slowly, get good enough gear to be able to hold my own in WPVP, then just roam around and enjoy the world. Maybe make myself a bit of a nuisance in contested zones.

Regardless, I really want a good guild, full of friendly, mature folks who I can run stuff with. The S ocial aspect felt missing from WoW last time I played.

My first goal.. actually pick a class to play. I was dead set on druid but I 'think' I would like to play another class this time around.

A bit cheesy, but It's always been my dream to aquire https://classic.wowhead.com/item=17182/sulfuras-hand-of-ragnaros . Ever since I started playing paladin it has always been my goal to get my hands on this.
Other that that I just want to experience everything Classic has to offer, eventually level all classes to 60 and try all specs.

The goal is to truly finish Naxxrammas and have a T3 set on my main. Still unsure on what my main will be, but with conquering Naxx in mind, the natural face melter of mage is starting to appeal to me greatly.
