Perfect timing. I know a lot of people were aching for an early summer release, but personally I was looking to take advantage of summer weather away from the computer screen and sort out some RL stuff before diving into Azeroth. ;-)
This is hype! Regardless of the date, this is real WoW coming to the masses that never got to experience what so many put hours and hours into.
When I was younger I had dial up internet and couldn't afford a monthly subscription. This year, as an adult, I get to willfully indulge in the finest mmo experience ;)

Glad we have a date, but calling a late August release a "classic summer" in a bit of a stretch. Lol, I'm honestly pretty pissed about that.
