Are we talking throughout the entirety of WoW or just vanilla?
For vanilla, I was going to mention the https://www.wowhead.com/item=7734/six-demon-bag but that was already mentioned, so as a Warrior, I'll have to go with https://www.wowhead.com/item=7936/ornate-mithril-boots which can be very useful to win a fight. Shoutout to my boy https://www.wowhead.com/item=9394/horned-viking-helmet , very good leveling gadget as a Warrior.
I'm a big fan of transforming toys such as the classic https://www.wowhead.com/item=8529/noggenfogger-elixir , https://www.wowhead.com/item=1973/orb-of-deception and https://www.wowhead.com/item=18258/gordok-ogre-suit .
https://www.wowhead.com/item=147836/salt-hardened-shell was such a God-tier item as well, if we're counting retail WoW.

https://classic.wowhead.com/item=11684/ironfoe and https://classic.wowhead.com/item=11815/hand-of-justice because before Emperor runs was a thing (or at least more widely known), you would be in this huge dungeon-city in 3-4 hours, possibly wiping multiple times (especially just before the emperor room, god the trash there is brutal), and sometimes you would see the trinket! It was pretty much an amazing trinket for any melee and so much drama was involved.
I only saw the Ironfoe drop like 2 times in my WoW career, and never won. Was playing a priest so didn't roll on the first time, and was playing as a paladin in TBC and lost the roll to a hunter.... This time around maybe Gallow will get lucky....
Also https://classic.wowhead.com/item=10847/dragons-call is similar to Ironfoe. I remember I lost the roll to a rogue when I was leveling my BE pally and I was very jelous of the little dragon he could summon ><
I can only pick one? Oh god... well, here are some of the runners-up:
1) any weapon that whispers sweet nothings into your ear. Whether it's Corrupted Ashbringer, the Desecrated Image of Gorehowl, that Arcane mage staff, or my shadow priest's Blade of the Best Waifu.
2) The Sword of 1,000 Tru... I mean, The Hungering Cold and Slayer of the Lifeless. My DK dual-wields these in Frost spec, which is especially appropriate considering that THC was originally supposed to represent Frostmourne.
3) Shovel of Mercy. Awesome quest, awesome reward, awesome mog. Nothing in this game is better than beating people to death with a shovel.
4) The four "Beholder Eye" monocles that drop from Collidus the Warp-Watcher in Outland. I farmed this bastard for those monocles so I could add them to my mog collection. The green one ended up being a permanent part of my Druid's mog, and the purple cloth one ended up being a permanent part of my Mage's mog. The purple plate one goes very well with two of my alternative paladin mogs.
5) Admiral Taylor's Cutlass! My rogue dual-wields these along with an eye patch, and has the Bloodsail Buccaneers RP set to boot, complete with the hat that summons the parrot.

7) The Butcher's Bloody Cleaver. As a fan of Diablo 1, I absolutely HAD to get this item when Highmaul opened... and I did. And since it was actually my best weapon for a while, I got some decent use out of it too.
8) the Legion artifact fishing pole... which I have.

I just remembered that way back in the day https://classic.wowhead.com/item=20640/southsea-head-bucket used to be bugged and it wouldn't disable hair rendering. You'd put the helm on and your hair would stick through it - which looked hilarious with my gnome's pink ponytails sticking out the top of a plate bucket helm :lol:
I wish I could find screenshots of that. I can't find pictures showing it online. The comments section at least alludes to it.

...I didn't feel it necessary to point out but these aren't specifically the Classic WoW forums I guess...I meant when I reroll in classic. My 120 Tauren Warrior still has the full set in his bags. Enchanted and everything with the Quel'Serrar and Zul'gurub snake shield.

Gnomish Death Ray and back in TBC it was Talon of Azshara, wich is one-hand sword with same model as two-hand The Untamed Blade. I loved it on my rogue.
