What's your favourite item from World of Warcraft, and why is it your favourite? I'd love to take a look at some of your favourite items and the stories behind them.
Ravager from Scarlet Monastery.
The Chance on Hit effect makes you spin around on the spot for 9 seconds, dealing some damage. It looked really cool, and was pretty fun to use even if it wasn't the most optimal approach of fighting enemies. Luckily, you could cancel the effect if you wanted.
This item remains one of my favourites. It's one of the items that first comes to my mind when I think about things like this.
Another contender is the Horned Viking Helmet, which gives you a charge that will stun the enemy, and you, but for a shorter time.
Frostfire Shoulderpads. I can spot them from a mile off, such a beautiful set and probably the reason I'll be rolling mage again.
From a more useful perspective, the Tidal Charm trinket which has a 3 second stun on use.

Iron Grenade. There’s definitely some more flashy engineering items in existence but the majority of them have really long CDs so for me the 1 minute CD being able to use it so often really sets it apart.
Really Sticky Glue.
The flute! It always amazed me how such a simple thing as making everybody dance now (da, da, dadada, da) could bring up numerous amusing interactions among the players and make the world more lively. Great concept.

It was such a cute and funny name for a foreigner that had no idea what such a thing really is. And it was functional too. First time around the function was to DE it, next time I'll probably keep it.

I wouldn't say I have a favorite. But I've always been a fan of epic world drops while leveling.

There's no better feeling then killing some crap mobs as a lowbie, opening their inventory and seeing an epic weapon.
