I've been checking in every once in a while the last few months, but today I finally created an account. I started playing when I was 11 one week before TBC came out, so whenever the elitists ask I can rightfully say I played in vanilla :p
I'm a msc mechanical engineering student, and in my spare time I build bi-liquid rockets (shameless plug, but check out DanSTAR). See you in game!

I decided to create an account after lurking around here for quite some time.
I admire the work that has gone into the website as well as all the nifty guides and information that's being posted here!
I'm eagerly awaiting the release of classic just as anyone on these forums. Although it's still some time before it will be generally available, I do think time will go by quickly enough that's it's not going to be a long wait (at least for me).
I started playing during early September 2005 and enjoyed the vanilla version of WoW very much (as well as the continuation of WoW up until the Cataclysm expansion rolled around (and I subsequently stopped playing).
I intend to main an alliance mage when the game is released and hope to have some good times playing the game once again (as well as having fun conversations on this site) :-)

Never got the chance to play vanilla, and started right before Wrath dropped. Definitely hyped to play and am trying to decide whether I want to roll a warlock or a mage.

I'm very glad I found this forum :smile: I started playing WoW at the end of TBC, by the time I reached max level Wotlk was out so I never got the chance to experience the previous expansions.
I used to play a lot (mostly PvE content, especially during Wotlk, when I raided from Naxx to ICC), but sadly I stopped playing after Cataclysm because I was feeling that the game had lost its appeal. I returned with Legion but, as many years have passed, I do not have the same amount of free time so I play more casually now. But I'm really hyped for Classic release! I want to experience the game as it was originally so much!
I am from Italy but recently moved to Australia. For that reason I lost contact with many old online friends, but I hope that I'll be able to meet many others in Classic this summer.
I am still not sure what to play. I've always been on Alliance side, but maybe I'll take this opportunity to play Horde. For classes, I'd like to go mage (my first character was a mage) or druid (I like the fact that they can theoretically fill any role :lol:).

New here, just hanging out waiting on Classic to release. i have been playing since right before BC was released. Going to roll Horde when classic drops in August. Currently staring at my inbox everyday waiting on a beta invite as well. I will be looking for an NA east coast server and playing daily.
Man, just want to say I’m super pumped about classic. I started playing during WotLK so this is gonna be like a brand new game for me. I’m a tank main looking to seriously enjoy the grind to 60 and the end game content!

Yeah, I tried but unfortunately we are on different regions and timezones now, so I guess I'll just have to find people near me.
Hey guys, with most people I have never played vanilla but I have played private servers. I will be rolling a Druid but I’m not for sure if I will be going Horde or Alliance.
Getting hyped for this release.

Well hello - I played from release of classic in 2004 up through mists, but i severely tapered off in cata (didn't raid, etc). My hayday was BC, but i did some endgame in vanilla as well.
Holy priest, had MC on farm and did a little Naxx near the end! In BC i continued the priest, but also raided on a mage and druid (through BT). In WotLK I raided a fair bit on a DK, and again holy priest as my main!
I'll be making a holy priest again on classic, going to see if holy-fire spec works, because i don't remember :)

Hello, Senor Bowner checking in. Been playing since 07, so never got to experience full vanilla experience till playing on Pservers for nearly past 2 years. Really looking forward for the twinkling scene and dominating there ! ;)
Hello there, played from late vanilla till Cata. Mained rogue with priest as primary alt. This time plan to main dwarven priest for some legendary classic PvE healing, decent PvP and shadow dpsing when bored.
