Darkshore is insane, I would definitely recommend checking that place out. I'm currently level 16 and starting in Loch Modan, so that will definitely last me until 18, without even having touched Westfall / Redridge.

People are treating you like a retard because it's mathematically impossible to do every quest in Elwynn and be level 9, so there is no way that you did every quest. But you are too busy wallowing in self pity to listen to the advice that people have been trying to give you (like go to Darkshore) and instead you have spent most of the thread trying to talk shit to the very same people trying to help you out.
