I would strongly suggest removing 3/3 Improved Thorn for 3/3 Natural Shapeshifter
He hasn't got feral charge or moonkin form, it's really not required. Natural shapeshifter is more suited for feral spec or 3 tree hybrid spec, as you will be shifting in and out of bear/cat a lot. The spec he provided you spend all your time in human form (except when you stealth around, but leaving cat form costs no mana).
I didn't see that he left out Feral charge either. It's crucial in PvP as Balance/resto hybrid. Also switching between Bear and human form is crucial for survival (In my opinion). Feral Charge is not only good vs casters it's good vs Melees too. Charge and stun combo for example is really powerfull both vs melee and caster.
In personal experience and opinion obviously, I doubt there is any really good Balance/Resto hybrid PvPers that leave charge out and take imp thorns over natural shapeshifter. You might get away with it sometimes with Engineering with like Rocket helm and stuff like that but I feel like Feral Charge is at least core in most PvP situations

Nice dude, maybe also consider going thick hide or feral instinct for those 3 points you put into feral agression. I don't see you using demoralizing roar or ferocious bite with this build much. Thick hide for survivability, feral instinct to help you get the jump on your opponents - choose your poison.
There are some great hybrid Druid PvPers, I'm certainly not one of them. Stormx did a lot of hybrid druid pvp videos on private servers and I believe he was quite skilled. Sub-optimal specs probably need more discussion and advice than cookie cutter specs. I think the advice was all in good nature.

It was excellent advice! No druid pvp spec is really complete without feral charge. I just found it’s location (this thread) funny.
