The Character COPYshould be to TBC servers. People in classic shouldnt have to move anywhere. New content, new servers, have people COPY to that. The other way around would make classic people have to make an extra step to play classic and might just stay in TBC.
Make all those that want TBC take the extra step.

Depends on the patch Blizz is going to chose to start with. At the beginning of TBC vanilla WBs absolutely were still present and usable.

lol, this is a wild viewpoint. tbc and wrath were the best eras of wow, and only crusty old boomers who think that things have to be inconvenient and poorly designed to be fun think otherwise. if you have nostalgia for vanilla that makes it better for you than tbc or wrath then you do you but you kinda just sound like you think hating on something popular makes you special tbh
