Bad news. The streamers have just announced that they are going to Faerlina. It appears that Herod is the way to go at this point.

I was actually really looking forward to having the name Faerlina. Asmongold had better not go Herod - I'm playing Alliance and wouldn't have the opportunity to get HKs off his newbie followers. Likely would have to move again.
Queus... going to be a nightmare. Likely the other servers will be filled by non-forum goers + a few guilds that are breaking the mold.
As long as we only have to sacrifice one server, it will hopefully be okay.

Agreed. I'm curious as to how many people are planning to make the switch. The Reddit Census hasn't updated to reflect Stalagg yet but I'm hoping it does soon.
This is partially the reason I am really leaning to RP-PVP. It's a PvP server in nature, and I don't think the streamers will go on it due to the RP tag. Not to mention it is one of a kind, so population shouldn't be an issue.

I reserved names on Herod, Stalagg, and Grobb because I really can't decide. I know there will be like a 50 ping difference for me since I'm east coast if I roll on Grobb, but I think it should be fine.

Yeah Stalagg has already passed Faerlina and Thalnos in the poll. I'm also hoping Stalagg does well as an alternative, but for now I'm sticking with Herod.
Guild decided to switch to Stalagg after much discussion. I'm happy honestly, queue times on Herod look like they might be outrageous.
Heard a rumor that part of French Quebec was moving to Stalagg, but it sounded like speculation. Trying to split a community like that after name reserves will likely not work.

They're going to have x-realm BGs so I don't know that it's really on their radar. As far as I know that was their solution to faction imbalance affecting BG queues?
