Devilsaurs. Wardens Satff. Essences. Played the AH a bit. Alllllll for an early set of https://classic.wowhead.com/item=14551/edgemasters-handguards which I gladly picked up today. Will be working towards my https://classic.wowhead.com/item=12640/lionheart-helm next, but arcane crystals are in high demand.
With layering, an epic mount isnt much of a priority for collecting nodes or escaping PvP. And without BG's its not pertinent for winning games... So its a low priority for me right now.
I mostly earn gold from the auction house.
Talking about auction house - which AH addon do you use and why? I am using Auctionator. Is it good? I like all the things it offers and I sell 99% things I put in AH, so I would say that it works.

Yep, Auctionator is great! Or wait, was that Auctioneer... Anyway I think they are really good if you are serious about making gold.
I just hope they make it actually 100% for Classic. Right now it comes with tons of things not applicable (professions / abilities like milling, the auction duration is wrong etc).
First time i went two gathering professions. Skinning and Mining. Sold everything i gathered and bought a mount at 40 no problem. I will probably transition to BS/engi later, once i collect enough buffer gold

Reading through the comments on https://classic.wowhead.com/item=14551/edgemasters-handguards#comments is hilarious, little did they know:
"*!@#test epic ever"
"this is so bad it makes baby jebus cry :( my first random epic drop ever - but hey, easy 30g"
"What a wretched drop. I was literally bursting with joy when I saw the purple text... And then I saw the details and realized it was utter crap. I'll be lucky to get 20g for it."
Personnaly, I was short for about 40-50 golds when I reached 40, so I figured I'd need to do some more intensive farming sessions.
Being a Skinner/Leatherworker, I also wanted to take that time to farm mobs that would help me level it up, so my best choice was to farm Scalding Whelps because these guys were about the same level as me, are the first kind of "Dragonkin" that you're able to farm for some Worn Dragonscales and also drop some good components that could be potentially resale at the AH, now or later, such as Wicked Claws (used to craft the Lionheart Helm) or Small Flame Sacs (used to craft Fire Protection Potions)
And also, you have a slight chance (.05%) of dropping a Dark Whelpling which is (now or later) very valuable and can resale for multiple golds.
So yeah, if you're like me, find this place on empty hours and farm it for 8 hours straight, or 1/2 days of casual farming, and you should be good to go
20 gold at level 28
Geez Teebs, I swear I read somewhere else that you were "broke and loving it".
I'm at lvl 22 and barely broke the 6 gold mark, not even buying all the skills. I honestly don't know how I made it back in vanilla, I just remember being "late" and having to farm a bit to get mount at 42 or 3. I'm glad I'm a warlock now, honestly...

Well I have been known to offer ‘services’ of sorts in Goldshire from time to time
I just sell my greens with good stats in the AH. The rest goes to the vendor. And I started to sell mageweave bags. At the moment the price is okay on my server 1g10s buyout per bag (60s=mats). I will check out the enchant mats prices later on, maybe I can make more with that.
Just dinged 30 and currently sitting at 13g after buying the abilities i needed. I really need to get a move on and I feel like not taking skinning was a bad idea,
I can't believe that a Shadowfang sold for 2g. I'm litterally pounding my desk. I plan on building a rogue twink in the future so reading that really hurts.
Vendor EVERYTHING

What UI is that? I like the look of the bag/inventory component.
It's called GW2 UI, I use an older version because the new one did something to the hp circle that I dislike.
I KNEW I RECOGNIZED THAT BAG ICON FROM SOMEWHERE!
Just hit 20 on my hunter and got my Aspect of Cheetah so I'm running the copper gauntlet everyday now for 2 to 3 hours and selling it. I refuse to have to grind at 40 for my mount, I did that last time and it sucked. Going to make sure I have plenty of gold for that first mount, not to mention all training is getting much more expensive now. I solo with no guild so epic mount means nothing to me so I don't have to worry about that money. Once I hit 60 time for a new toon and they can use whatever gold I've collected more than I need an epic mount on the first toon.
Rolled a Warlock. Chose Skinning. Didn't buy stupid shit. Sell what makes sense on AH, and I vendor most of my greens unless I know for sure it's a big sell. I'm at around 55g currently at level 38. I've spent 6g on respecs and 5g on spellpower gear from AH. Not doing too bad atm.
I use AH to empty my bags. I'm not actively grinding professions, but skinning and mining mats sell very fast. I also sell random drops, but they are a bit slow. I found that people also actively buy tradeable quest items.
